All orders are sent via DPD or Royal Mail (depending on parcel size). 
We endeavour to send orders out on the day that they are placed (stock allowing). 

NOTE: Please allow up to 14 days for schoolwear orders to be shipped, except during the busy summer season when this can increase considerably. During this period, we encourage ordering before July to guarantee delivery before the return to school. Please note, this service has also been very heavily affected by supply delays caused by the pandemic.
We also offer a 'Collect from Store' option and the same rules apply - we'll aim to have it ready the same day but during busier times there may be a delay before your order is picked and ready for collection. A fulfilment of your order will still take place and you'll receive a confirmation email to tell you that your order is ready to be collected.
